Days after fans questioned whether Ada Nicodemou 'had her lips done' the actress was back with another pouty social media post. 

The 41-year-old took to social media on Tuesday to share a series of three bikini photos to Instagram. 

Posing in skimpy blue swimwear which showcases her the toned frame, the Home and Away star pouts for the camera wearing sunglasses, her lips appearing especially puffy.

Also visible in the photos is the beauty's ample bust, which has been the source of surgery rumours over the years, partially cloaked in a white lace vest. 

The gorgeous star captioned the series of snaps: 'Perfect day in Sydney today, get out in the sun and enjoy it.' 

Ada has long long been the subject of rumours that she may have had cosmetic enhancements.

On Sunday, she once again ignited surgery chatter when she took to Instagram to show off her makeup look for a friend's wedding.

The brunette's lips caught the attention of her fans, with her her over-lined lips, on which she wears a bright, matte pink lipstick, looking quite prominent.  

One fan commented under the image: 'Where do you have your lips done? They are gorgeous' while another was less complimentary, commenting: 'Stop lip injections'.

In July, Woman's Day magazine claimed that the Greek Cypriot-born TV personality  has had a 'full body upgrade'.

Surgeon Dr Meaghan Heckenberg, who has not treated the actress herself, claimed to the publication that she believes Ada has had 'rhinoplasty, muscle-relaxing injections and dermal fillers'.  

'Ada looks like she's had rhinoplasty and probably some muscle-relaxing injections and dermal fillers to give her that fresh look,' Dr Heckenberg told Woman's Day.

In January 2017, Ada was the subject of speculation she had undergone breast augmentation when a 'close friend' reportedly told Woman's Day that the star booked the surgery in Sydney over the Christmas and New Year's break.  

Ada told New Idea in April last year that she wouldn't rule out using Botox or laser treatments in the future, as it was important to do 'whatever makes you feel good'.
