A self-confessed plastic surgery addict has revealed she is terrified her botched bum implants could explode.

Star Delgiudice was on a mission to look like Kim Kardashian but has fallen out of love with surgery after spending a whopping £15,000 on increasing her bottom size.

The wannabe model, 28, claimed she is 'suffering from surgery PTSD' and wants her bum implants removed - but promised it would not be on the NHS.

Star, who was unable to sit down because it's "extremely painful", was forced to stand during an awkward interview on This Morning.

Speaking about going under the knife seven weeks ago, she said: "I gained three stone and they transferred the fat onto my hips and my bum. I did want implants as well but I didn’t realise they’d be that big.

"I decided to put weight on myself and watched a few people having Brazilian butt lifts. It's a dangerous new craze. I didn't realise the dangers and the risk."

Dissatisfied with how her derriere now looks and unable to sit down for long periods of time, Star admits she is scared the implants will explode and wants them removed.

Due to the size of her implants and the fact they've been placed under her muscles, Star revealed she might need two years to recover rather than the standard six months.

She bent down to show the camera and a shocked Eamonn and Ruth her gigantic bum.

"Sideways it's just very pointy. It looks good through clothes but when I’ve got a bikini on it just looks crazy," she said.

Star said she had never been happy with her weight and used to be a size zero with a flat bottom.

She was too "embarrassed" to reveal how many other surgeries she'd had, but revealed her latest operation has also effected her boob job, causing her breasts to sag.

Star did confess to having a nose job, her lips done and cheek implants - and admitted she was "addicted" to surgery - having been brought up as a Jehovah's Witness during a sheltered childhood.

This recent ‘bum deal’ has changed her outlook on surgery and Star said she would not continue to strive for a plastic fantastic life.

She added: "I am really scared now. The operation was a seven hour operation. I’m going to start crying in a minute if I have to talk bout it.

"I’m not ashamed to admit I’m having therapy, I’ve got post traumatic stress from the surgery."

Shocked This Morning viewers took to Twitter to give their opinions on the controversial interview.

One angry viewer said: "Oh for crying out loud woman! You were probably a lovely looking woman before you butchered your body so you look like an attention seeking bag of air!"

Another added: "So she’s chosen to have all this plastic surgery, made a holy mess of herself and is now having counselling for PTSD. Wow."

A concerned viewer said: "To be fair this whole 'plastic surgery to fix all' culture is becoming frightening. We need to change the way society perceives and presents beauty. Good on her for having therapy."
