FORT SMITH -- Sesame Street is coming to the Fort Smith Convention Center.
"Sesame Street Live! Say Hello" will make a stop in the River Valley on May 16 with a show in ArcBest Performing Arts Center, presented locally by Border Town Live.
The Sesame Street live show will bring the characters from Sesame Street to life in a new interactive production touring the U.S. and Canada, according to a press release from Border Town Live.
"Bringing world-class entertainment to Fort Smith is our passion, and Sesame Street Live is the perfect show for families to create lasting memories," said Brandon Chase Goldsmith of Border Town Live. "We encourage everyone to grab their tickets early and join us for this magical event!"
Sesame Workshop is the nonprofit behind Sesame Street.
For over 50 years, Sesame Workshop has "worked at the intersection of education, media, and research, creating joyful experiences that enrich minds and expand hearts, all in service of empowering each generation to build a better world," the release states.
Tickets for "Sesame Street Live! Say Hello" will go on sale Monday, March 17.
