Making changes! Amber Rose is undergoing breast reduction surgery.
The 34-year-old opened up about the procedure with her Instagram followers on Tuesday, January 16. The model wrote on an Instagram Story, and wrote: “My breast reduction surgery is tomorrow.”
She added: “I’m really scared and really excited at the same time.” Rose then shared the names of her doctors, Dr. David Matlock and Dr. Garth Fisher, and said they “are gonna take care of me.”
The actress, who previously revealed that she wears a 36H bra size, shared a video on Wednesday morning of her meeting with Dr. Fisher the night before.
“We’re going to do a little surgery tomorrow,” he said in the clip. “She’s got the most gorgeous breasts but she wants to downsize so she can have more freedom, run around and wear the T-shirts.”
“And spaghetti straps, I’m really excited about spaghetti straps!” Rose said, adding that the last time she wore thin straps was when she was 10 years old.
“We’re going to get her back to 11 years old with the license to wear spaghetti straps,” the plastic surgeon said.
The How to Be a Bad Bitch author revealed that she was contemplating getting a breast reduction in July, but told her Instagram followers that she was worried about scarring. She shared an Instagram photo of herself showing off her curves in a low-cut black top and high-waisted black jeans and asked her fans for advice.
“I’m thinking about getting a breast reduction this year? my boobs are stupid heavy, my back hurts and I can’t wear cute lil shirts without a grandma bra,” she captioned the photo. “I’m really scared of the lollipop scars tho…. any advice? Are there any ladies out there that are much happier even though you have breast reduction scars?”
The activist also shut down rumors that she has implants. “And no I don’t have implants so they can’t just cut around the nipples,” she continued. “Tell me about ur experiences.”
Rose shares 4-year-old son, Sebastian, with ex-husband Wiz Khalifa. She is currently dating rapper 21 Savage and gushed over their easygoing relationship to Us Weekly in November.
“He’s really, really a sweet guy. I’m really lucky to have him. He’s a homebody like me, we like the same things, our birthdays are one day apart, so we’re kind of into the same things which is really good,” she told Us. “So you don’t have to fight with each other over really what you want to do. We kind of always want to do the same thing, so that’s definitely a good thing sure.”
