She's in the midst of recuperating from breast reconstruction surgery, which she underwent  to correct capsular contracture caused by radiation treatment.

'It’s not pleasant,' Roxy explained.

'Nights are very uncomfy. When you are forced to sleep on your back, it's hard to get a minutes shut eye. I am so used to sleeping on my side.'

But getting a good night's rest wasn't the only aspect of the PR queen's life that has changed post-surgery.

'I had drains for four days so walking around, showering etc with the lengths of tube and a bag of blood was less than ideal,' she said, adding: 'But you just get on with it.'

After receiving radiation treatment for breast cancer, Roxy developed capsular contracture - a condition that arises when internal scar tissue forms a capsule around a breast implant until it becomes hard or misshapens.

She underwent breast reconstruction surgery last week in a bid to resolve the issue.

While the Sweaty Betty founder went under the knife last Thursday, she is scheduled for more surgery next Wednesday.

The mother-of-two explained this is due to an issue which is different to the capsular contracture which was previously troubling her.

'We have corrected the capsular contracture but now I have a muscle that has bunched up which means my bust isn't sitting as it should,' Roxy explained.

She continued: 'I have what looks like a ski ramp on one side. Trust it to happen to me, it's always the way! Seems my body likes a challenge.'

Back to her beast! Roxy's devoted social media fans were understandably in celebration mode after witnessing the PR queen's confident display

Despite the potentially nerve-wracking upcoming surgery, Roxy appeared to be taking it in her stride.

'Not a lot makes me nervous, I think anyone who has experienced cancer or a medical condition gets to a point where you just go do what you have to do,' she said.

'Being nervous, fear etc, takes a back seat and you just focus on getting on with it and getting through it and better.'
