'One is up near my chin and the other is down near my ankles!' Roxy Jacenko reveals she will go undergo a second boob job

She's the PR maven who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 and suffered another health scare in October this year.

And now Roxy Jacenko has revealed she will go under the knife next month to have a breast reconstruction.

Speaking to Yahoo Be, Roxy revealed that she'd noticed one breast sitting 'up near her chin' and the other 'down near her ankles.'

The change was a result of her breast implants - which she had inserted at 24 - being affected by 'capsular contracture' as a result of six weeks of radiation therapy.

Revealing that she didn't have any issues with her implants during her radiation treatment in 2016, Roxy added that it was soon after that she noticed something was amiss.

'In the last sort of two months, I started to notice in pictured that one of my boobs is up near my chin and the other was down near my ankles,' she said.

Capsular contracture is a complication that arises when internal scar tissue forms a tight capsule around a breast implant until it becomes hard or misshapen.

The Cancer Council states that radiation therapy given after reconstruction surgery can increase the risk of the condition developing.

Roxy also revealed to the website that she will be having the reconstruction with silicone in December.

She also said she had never had any issues with her implants until now.

Roxy was left shattered in July last year when she was diagnosed with breast cancer, just weeks after husband Oliver Curtis was jailed for conspiracy to commit insider trading.

She underwent a partial breast removal and six weeks of radiation and will have to take cancer blocker medication, Tamoxifen, for the next ten years.

Roxy suffered a similar scare in October this year when a routine medical revealed a lump in her breast.

'I had my 12-month check up just three weeks ago, it was a scary time as there was another lump in the same breast,' she told Daily Mail Australia

'It meant another core biopsy and further tests but I got the all clear last week which was a huge relief.'
