Love Island Australia host Sophie Monk has previously boasted that the young contestants are 'unapologetically stunning'.
But it appears the Islanders' good looks may not only be the result of strong genes.
Throwback photos reveal that several stars appear to have transformed themselves with cosmetic enhancements over the past few years.

Blonde bombshell Kim was previously a brunette, and looks dramatically different with darker hair in Facebook photos from 2013.
Kim recently told NW that she's had two breast augmentations and regularly gets filler and injectables in her face.
She added. 'I get my cheeks done and lips, and Botox a couple of times a year too.'

Kim, who also has the words 'imperfection is beauty' tattooed on her arm, first went under the knife aged just 18.
Doctors apparently advised her to get smaller implants to avoid stretching her skin, but Kim instead chose to have a second operation to make her chest even larger.
The Brisbane local is currently Love Island's only parent. She shares her two-year-old son Braxton with her ex-partner Jamie, who she dated for four years.

Fellow Perth resident Tayla Damir, 21, was far more open when asked about cosmetic procedures, declaring: 'Lip filler saved my life!'
'Lip filler saved my life. I'm very honest... I had uneven lips - not now because of the filler,' she added. 'I'm open to that and I'm happy for it to be written about.'
